Attorneys who represent small businesses may be called upon to answer questions about a wide variety of issues, including employment laws. It’s not possible to be an expert in every aspect of the law, and there are times when Kathy Perkins may be able to assist with an efficient response to a question that might take hours of research time for an attorney who does not regularly practice workplace law. Kathy will work directly with your client or behind the scenes as a sounding board or to develop strategy. She can also help attorneys evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of an employment lawsuit, whether it is already in litigation or one you are considering filing.
